Career Happy Group Coaching Program Agreement:

Thank you for signing up for Career Happy’s Group Coaching program! We at Career Happy are so happy you have invested in this class and your career.

By completing your registration form, you (“Participant”) accept the following terms, conditions and disclaimer:

PROGRAM GUIDELINES & CODE OF CONDUCT
Participant agrees to at all times behave professionally, courteously, and respectfully with Career Happy staff, expert guests and other participants. Participant agrees to abide by the Program Guidelines & Code of Conduct put forth by Career Happy below:

• CONFIDENTIALITY: Be aware of others' privacy. Use of personal information from other participants without authorization is unacceptable. Use, disclosure or distribution of any proprietary information, presentations, worksheets or materials obtained through Career Happy for any purpose outside of the intended purpose is not allowed.

• ATTENDANCE: We encourage you to honor your commitment by attending the class live as often as possible so that you receive the most support and growth possible. In case you cannot attend a session, know they are recorded and will be available for you to access.

• SELF AWARENESS: Treat others as if you were the other. Be kind, supportive and non-judgmental. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and microaggressions. Any discriminatory or offensive language or behavior, harassment or threats of violence that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nation of origin, sex, gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, disease, employment status or for any other reason will not be tolerated.

• PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: When sharing information with other participants, we ask that you keep it professional. It is your responsibility to make sure the content you are sharing is appropriate for the group, platform and audience. We reserve the right to remove content that is not deemed professional or appropriate.

• BE MINDFUL | MAKE SPACE: Keep our mission in mind - no participant should dominate any group experience. Share when appropriate and leave room for others to contribute and participate. We want everyone’s voices to be heard. Remember to listen.

PAYMENT

Signing up for Get Your Next Gig with Career Happy, Participant is agreeing and committing to pay either payment-in-full or 50% payment plan upon registration prior to the first program meeting. Second payment will be due prior to WEEK 4 in March. If payment is not received prior to the first program meeting, Participant will be unable to receive access to the Zoom meeting or program materials. Unfortunately due to the waitlist for this class and the preparations made for all of the attendees there will be no refunds should there be a cancelation once classes have begun.

DISCLAIMER

Any information shared by Career Happy is from years of professional and personal experience. As this is a group experience, as Participant we encourage you to use your best judgment for what solutions are going to work best for you. Though Career Happy can provide incredibly valuable insight and knowledge, Career Happy cannot provide a guarantee of placement in a role within or outside Kay & Black’s services as a result of the program, nor can Career Happy guarantee any specific results our outcomes based on participation in coaching. By participating in Get Your Next Gig with Career Happy, you acknowledge that Hillary Black, Leslie Kay and Kathryn Freund are not licensed psychologists, medical doctors, or health care professionals and Get Your Next Gig with Career Happy does not replace the care of psychologists, doctors, or other healthcare professionals. Get Your Next Gig with Career Happy is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or any other type of psychotherapy or medical advice.

VIDEO/AUDIO RELEASE

Participant grants permission to Career Happy and Kay & Black, LLC to make audio/video recordings for all current & future purposes including, though not limited to: education, trade, display and marketing. Participant surrenders any and all rights, including the rights to fees or compensations, from the sale, rental, loan or other use of any electronic or photographic reproductions or copies of such reproductions.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Participant accepts and agrees that you are 100% responsible for your progress and results from the program. Participant accepts and agrees that you are the one vital element to the program’s success. Should you have any questions or need further support from the Career Happy team throughout the program, we empower you to reach out and ask for assistance.

Participant acceptance of these terms and registration submission indicate full understanding of the agreement with the information outlined above. We look forward to having you in the program!
